Digital Flight Return/Exchange and Repair Policies

Returns and exchanges

Any item can be returned for a credit or exchange. Refunds are not available for non-defective items. To qualify for a return or exchange you must notify Digital-Flight and obtain an RMA. Returned items will not be accepted without prior approval. To qualify for a credit or exchange the item must be in new, unused condition and include all original packing and parts.  All returns bust be approved within 7 days of delivery.

Repairs

All issues with defective hardware are handled directly with manufacturer, Go Flight. If you have an issue with defective hardware please contact Go Flight directly at 503-207-5517 or e-mail them at techsupport@goflightinc.com
