Martin Marietta X-24 One of a series of test bed aircraft flown in the 60's and 70's to test lifting body concepts that were to become crucial in the development of the Space Shuttle. This version for MSFS2004 by Tim Conrad features 1% flight model, excellent textures, custom panel and a frame friendly yet fully detailed exterior model. A real challenge to fly when you're in the mood for something a bit different. |

Ercoupe Updated 2004 version with much improved panel, views, graphics and flight modeling by Don Giacomo and Tony Gondola. The real-life aircraft was a very easy and forgiving airplane to fly and that behavior is replicated in this version including the full back stick approach. Another recommended DF fly-in aircraft.

Lancair Legacy 2000 This sleek little aircraft for MSFS 2004 is brought to you by Robert Christopher. This model features the full compliment of moving surfaces, dynamic shine, reflection effects and full 3D cockpit. Cruise is well over 200 knots yet landings speeds are low. This very responsive plane not only looks great but is a heck of a lot of fun to fly.

Lake Renegade 250 I have to admit, I've got a soft spot for flying boats. This model of the Renegade 250 by John Woodward has been around for a while and is now updated for MSFS 2004. Very easy to fly with good water handling. It's one worth having.

Aermacchi MB326H Here's a neat little jet trainer brought to you by David Friswell. Built by the Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation in Australia this plane was used as a basic jet trainer by the RAAF until it was replaced by the BAe Hawk in the year 2000. It's a nice flyer with an FM that was developed using the 1% methods. It does default to the standard Lear panel so this plane is a good candidate for you gauge pushers out there.
